Every time I work at Ceresville Mansion in Frederick MD I find my creativity level accelerated by the beauty of the facility and the wonderful staff. This saturday in July was no different. On the 23rd I spent the afternoon photography Veralynn and Richard's wedding. It was a very quaint affair with just a few family members and close friends. These types of events really allow me to look for deep moments and capture the true essence of family. Veralynn was precious to work with and Richard was very excited to get the pictures started. When I arrived he was ready and the fun started. I captured just a wonderful array of intimate, special moments but I can only show just a few so I hope you enjoy........Jamie Turner

Julie & Anders were married at Green Grove Gardens which is a beautiful location. The weather couldn't have been more perfect! They were a fun couple to work with & I was excited to get so many beautiful pictures of their special day!

Erin & Steven's wedding took place at the Purple Iris which is a location i have photographed at many times. I always like to challenge myself to come up with new idea's & concepts when photographing in a location i have used many times before. Their wedding was beautiful & they were such a sweet couple to photograph!

Kari & Paul 6-11-2011

Kari & Paul's wedding was filled with a few unexpected adventures! To start the day off my assistants car decided to over heat on her way to the wedding but luckily my fiance was hanging with us for the day that she was able to go pick up my assistant who was stranded. While that was going on i started taking pictures of Kari who was a stunning bride that took breath taking images.

Their wedding reception took place at Paul's Fathers gorgeous house which made for stunning scenery! Kari & Paul were such a fun couple to photograph & no matter what came their way they made the best of it. The reason i say that is because we were caught in the middle of a Major Rain Storm which blew all the cocktail tables over & items were being broken by the wind. No, matter what was going on outside the tent this lovely couple was having a blast under the tent. In the end though the storm passed & left us with a beautiful rainbow right over top the wedding tent! They say rain on your wedding day is good luck well we are wishing Kari & Paul many, many years of happiness cause they definitely had plenty of rain their wedding day!

Katie & Ben's wedding was so much fun & they are a super cool couple. I believe this was the most calm relaxed wedding we have shot in along time. You could tell how much they were in love with each other & how excited they were to finally be getting married after 10 years together. They definitely were soldiers when it came to taking pictures along the golf course cause the gnats were bad that day. We got some Beautiful images though that i know will last them a life time!!

Kate & Bryan were a very sweet young couple. Bryan is one of Frederick's Police officers so Kate pinned his badge under her dress which i thought was a neat idea. I always enjoy capturing & seeing all the unique touches everyone does to make their day special to them.

Brandi & Chad were our second couple that had their wedding at Shade Trees & Evergreens this year. It's such a beautiful location that i keep finding myself getting breath taking images there. Brandi & Chad were such a fun loving couple who were up for anything to get creative shots. Brandi is also in the Air Force so the American flag was very special to them!
